General Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the g222 platform ("Service") and its users ("Members"). By accessing or using the service through the g222 website, mobile application, or any other channel, you agree to abide by all of these terms.

• Each person may register only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, those accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method).

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,200. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before withdrawal (i.e., ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be placed).

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• Bonus funds and real funds are held in separate balances. Earnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once unless the bonus terms state otherwise.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and deposits being forfeited.
• g222 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

Betting, Gaming, and Outcomes

All bets and gaming decisions on g222 are made at the member's own discretion. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error on the platform is proven.

• Odds in sports betting are variable — the odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the amount of the related bet will be refunded; however, for multi-bets, that selection will be removed and the remaining odds will be recalculated.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to internet disconnection or a device issue, the data stored on g222's servers will be considered final.
• g222 is not obligated to pay out winnings or funds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using g222's services. If such activities are detected, the account may be immediately closed and the balance forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Opening an account using another person's identity documents or information.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using the service through software bots, automated scripts, or any other automated method.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Behaving rudely or making threats toward g222 staff.
• Attempting to hack other members' accounts or steal their information.

If fraud is suspected, g222 reserves the right to suspend the account for the duration of the investigation. Legal action may be taken in proven cases of fraud.

Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

g222 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms.
• Providing false information at registration.
• Proven involvement in fraud or illegal activity.
• At the member's own request as part of self-exclusion or responsible gaming.

Members may also request account closure at any time. Before closure, the available balance (subject to bonus terms being met) will be available for withdrawal.

Privacy and Data Protection

• Members' personal information is not sold to third parties.

Limitation of Liability
